- should be closer to the building Of UCM (My Faculty) although, Maastricht is not a big city. But, I prefer to go my faculty by walking or cycling. I think, It is the best option for my health, and maybe I should canalize some public transportation expenses to more comfortable accomodation by this way.(But,not so much ofcourse)

Hey guys,

my roommate is going abroad soon and he wants to subrent his room.

Information related to the room:

The room is about 4.5m on 2.5m (+ - 11m�).

There is a mezzanine bed (with a sofa under), a desk, chair, sink, shelf for books and small shelf for clothes.

The house is to share with 4 other students (3 germans and 1 belgian (that's me ), commodities like bathroom, kitchen and toilets to be shared.

Price is around 150�/month and the room is situated in the ...

I am Looking for Cheap items but not the crap ones...

I need a cheap bike asap! What I had in mind was perhaps a Scott Sportster P4 (2007 model) with 28" wheels and 24 speeds.

Preferably the bike would be dark grey in colour with the white text SCOTT and some red markings.

I agree absolutely. This town is not the most outgoing place. Did anybody wondered why?

Is it town's size, small number of students, people mentality, pure standards of night life? With With group of friends we visit bigger cities around to find some fun (Brussels, Antverpen, Amsterdam, Leuven) I advise it to others as well to defeat depression. cheers!

Hey there!

I'm moving out of my student studio in Smeermaas, Belgium. It is about 25m2 with own bathroom and own kitchen. It is already furnished! Gas, electricity, internet and water are already included in the rent.

The studio is in a student house right behind the Belgian border, 50 students live here overall. It has a nice garden and a guarded bike shed. There is also a washing machine and a dryer.

It takes 15 minutes to get to the city centre of Maastricht by bike, but there is also ...
